For GRC and related software suppliers

Be found by the right buyers when your software fits

Centvra is a matching engine for GRC and related specialist software. Buyers work through their requirements on Centvra before any introduction is made, so the fit is established before the first call. Centvra brings you buyers whose requirements your product already meets, so your team spends its time on qualified opportunities.

Check if your company profile and point of contact are registered with us, so a matched buyer's introduction reaches you.

How it works

From the buyer's own words to an evaluation they can act on

Most software directories leave the buyer to filter a list themselves. Centvra does the requirement work first, then matches.

Describe the need

01

A buyer describes what they need in their own words. No category chosen yet, no vendor shortlist, just the problem as they see it.

The buyer's words

We need ERM software for our regulated financial services group in Malaysia, with selected TPRM capabilities and support for local regulatory requirements.

Clarify what matters

02

Centvra turns that into a structured set of requirements: the specific capabilities, certifications and constraints that will decide fit. This is where your product either qualifies or doesn't, before any buyer sees a name.

Key requirements
Monte Carlo simulation Risk aggregation Third-party questionnaire ISO 27001 Multi-language

Review recommended suppliers

03

Your product is scored against the buyer's requirements alongside others that also qualify. The buyer sees the fit score and why it was given, not a list to browse.

Illustrative fit analysis
Supplier A92 fit score

Strong ERM capabilities · Integration · ISO 27001 certified

Standout: Monte Carlo simulation and risk aggregation

Supplier B86 fit score

Good ERM and TPRM coverage · Implementation · Regional fit

Standout: third-party questionnaires and configurable scoring

Take the evaluation forward

04

The buyer gets a report and guides to prepare for the next step. If they want to meet you, that request is where your side of the process starts.

Your side of the process

Buyer demo request

05

You see what the buyer is looking for

You receive the request with the buyer's industry, country and product line, and the capabilities their team flagged as priorities. Enough to prepare a demo aimed at what they came for.

You decide, no obligation

Accept or decline. On acceptance, Centvra shares the buyer's corporate email address so you can contact them directly about the demo. Their budget, their reasons for replacing an existing solution, the report they received and the other suppliers on their shortlist are never shared.

Direct engagement

06

You and the buyer take it from here

Demos, follow-up conversations and commercial terms happen directly between you and the buyer. Centvra is not part of the discussion, has no visibility into it, and does not take a share of anything you agree.

What the buyer takes into evaluation

What a buyer carries out of Centvra, and why it matters to you

By the time a buyer considers meeting you, they are not holding a bare shortlist. They have materials that shape how the conversation goes.

Supplier Evaluation Report

An evidenced comparison, not a gut call

The buyer takes a report comparing shortlisted products on fit, risk and the reasoning behind each score into their internal review. Your product is represented by the same structured information used to match it, not a sales pitch.

Buyer guides

A buyer who arrives ready

The Demo Preparation Guide helps the buyer decide what to test and who from their side should attend, so the first conversation can focus on your product rather than category basics. The Software Buying Journey Guide prepares them for what follows a shortlist: implementation planning, security review, the MSA and the DPA. Preparation cannot remove every delay, but it reduces late surprises for both sides.

Your listing

Check how your product is represented

Centvra's structured supplier catalogue is used for matching. It isn't listed or browsable the way a typical software directory site is. Your product may already be represented even if your organisation has not previously spoken with us.

Product records are created from information provided during supplier onboarding, or through research using suppliers' own public product pages and documentation. A research-built record only reflects what was available at the time, so it may miss a recently launched capability, a new certification, expanded regional coverage or a change to how the product is delivered.

Checking your product information helps confirm scope, capability coverage, regional availability, delivery options and assurance credentials. It also makes sure we have the right contact if a buyer requests an introduction.

Providing more information doesn't buy a higher ranking or guarantee a recommendation. It makes sure your product is evaluated against buyer requirements using complete, current information.

Frequently asked questions

Before you get in touch

Is there a charge to be represented in Centvra?

No. There is no charge for a product to be researched, represented in Centvra's supplier catalogue or considered during matching. Suppliers can also submit updated product information without charge.

Can a supplier pay to appear in more shortlists?

No. A supplier cannot pay to rank higher, receive preferential placement or appear in an evaluation where its product does not meet the buyer's requirements. Commercial relationships with Centvra do not influence matching outcomes.

When does a referral fee apply?

Centvra may charge a supplier a fixed referral fee when we facilitate a demo introduction requested by a buyer. Where a fee applies, the supplier is informed of the relevant terms before deciding whether to proceed.

The fee does not influence whether the product is matched and has no effect on the commercial terms negotiated between the buyer and supplier. Centvra does not receive a percentage of any subsequent contract.

Can we decline a demo request?

Yes. When a buyer requests an introduction, you receive the lead and can accept or decline. There's no obligation to proceed.

Does being represented guarantee an introduction?

No. A product must first meet the relevant buyer requirements and be included in the resulting shortlist. The buyer then decides which suppliers, if any, they want to meet.

Can we update the information Centvra holds?

Yes. Contact us when there is a material change to your product, capability coverage, regional availability, delivery options or assurance credentials. We may request supporting product information or documentation before updating the relevant record.

Providing updated information improves accuracy. It does not allow a supplier to determine its ranking.

Make sure a matched buyer can reach you

Confirm whether your product is represented, update what we hold, or submit it if it isn't listed yet. Tell us your organisation, product, the specialist area it supports and the right contact.
