Most teams are asked for a go-live date before they have the information to give one. The pressure usually comes from outside the project: a regulatory deadline, an audit commitment, or an existing contract running out. This planner works backwards from where you are now to a realistic range.

Coverage at your estimated go-live.
Regions are broad geographical areas, such as APAC, Europe or North America. Count only those included at this go-live.
Choose adaptations when local obligations change the system configuration.

Agreeing requirements, evaluating and selecting a supplier, technical, security and privacy clearance, then contract negotiation and signature.
Project team setup, configuration, data preparation and migration, integrations, testing, training, go-live.
Technical and security clearance normally runs alongside procurement. Almost nothing else overlaps, which is why adding each step up separately gives a longer answer than reality.
It sets how many approval layers the purchase passes through, not how complex the software is.
Several countries at once adds coordination, local testing and training across time zones. Genuinely different workflows or reports in those countries adds more.
Supplier-led is usually fastest. An outside implementation partner adds handover and coordination. An internal team takes longest, since learning time is real time.
Under a fixed deadline, time lost before contract comes out of implementation time.
One solution goes live first and the rest follow. The first date is much earlier, and the later scope sits outside it.
Takes longer in one stretch, because connected workflows, shared data and joint testing must be proven first. The business is disrupted once rather than repeatedly.
Neither is correct by default. The question is whether your deadline covers one obligation or all of them.
